Important deadlines to be aware of for WCAAF 2025

Registration Deadline | Oct 1
Full Pass Package registration option ends on Oct 1. Registration for the competition will close on October 1st. In order to ensure a quality experience for all participants, registration may close earlier than October 1st if the maximum capacity is reached. Should registration close prior to October 1st due to capacity limitations, a notification will be posted promptly on our official website. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early registration to secure a spot in the competition. Late Registration Deadline | Oct 20
Late registrations will be accepted with the Basic Package from Oct 2-20, 2025. Acceptance of late registrants will be base on availability. In order to ensure a quality experience for all participants, late registrations may not be accepted if the maximum capacity is reached. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage early registration to secure a spot in the competition. Waiver Deadline | Oct 20
Make sure you have signed the appropriate waiver form or you will not be able to participate.
Music Deadline | Oct 15
Please email your mp3 file to aerialartsamerica@gmail.com ASAP to allow time for us to review and notify you of potential editing that may be required.
Please email your mp3 file to aerialartsamerica@gmail.com as soon as possible to allow time for us to review your music. Under the Subject Line please include the contestant’s full name, apparatus, and music title. Example: “Jane Smith Silks - Song Title”.
Music should be clean – free from explicit wordings otherwise this will be flagged and muted.
Music submissions will be reviewed by our committee who will contact competitors if their music does not fall within their required time lengths and/or contains inappropriate wording or suggestive themes.
If you have been requested to edit your music due to inappropriate content or due to time limit, you must submit the updated version no later than Nov. 1. Failure to do so will subject you to a penalty fee of up to $100.
Program Ads Deadline | Oct 15
Cheer on your favorite contestant or congratulate the achievements of your loved ones in our Printed/ Digital Souvenir Program! Well-wisher ads are available at the starting cost of $60. More information about supporting contestants through an ad can be found here.
