Routine 1: Apparatus
All apparatuses are welcome. However, the 3 fundamental aerial apparatuses will be their own categories. Any other apparatuses, including HAMMOCK, will fall under our OPEN category.
Please list any technical requests regarding hoisting, set-up, specific rigging points, etc.

Refund Policy
No Refunds Disclaimer 1. All sales of tickets, registrations, and related services are final. Once your order is completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: Cancellations No-shows Changes in personal circumstances Unforeseen events or emergencies We strongly recommend that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase. However, please note that for registration application fees, we provide a grace period where refunds are only allowed within two (2) weeks of your purchase date. This grace policy does not apply to late applications. 2. Event or Reservation Changes If the event you purchased tickets for or the reservation you made is postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise altered by the organizer, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you. You may be offered: An alternative date or time A different event, service, or experience In rare cases, a credit toward future purchases However, this does not entitle you to a refund of the amount paid. 3. Cancellations by the Organizer In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the event or service, you may be entitled to a rescheduled date, an alternative service, or a credit toward a future purchase. Refunds will not be provided in such cases unless explicitly stated by the organizer. 4. Transferability of Registrations and Reservations Please note that we are unable to make any exceptions to our general purchase policy. We advise that you consider your purchase carefully and reach out with any questions or concerns prior to completing your transaction. If you are unable to attend the event or use the reservation, you may transfer your registration/reservation to another participant for this year.   Alternatively, we can apply your payment to the following year, with fees and administrative costs deducted base on the time of your withdrawal.  To request a refund of your application fee, please notify us in writing via email 6.
