Welcome to our exhilarating aerial arts workshops! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced enthusiast, our workshops offer a unique opportunity to explore the world of aerial arts and perfect your skills. To sign up, simply follow the steps below:
1. Select the specific workshops you’d like to attend from our exciting lineup. Click on “Reserve Now” to access our Workshop Forms registration page.
2. Then fill out the required information and complete payment. (If you have a free workshop class, please have your code ready).
3. Once you have submitted your registration form, you will receive an email confirmation.
4. If your desired workshop is full, please make sure to join our waitlist so we can keep you informed.

Do I have to pay for workshops?
No. WCAAF contestants that purchased the Early Bird Special or Full package have received ONE free workshop class.
Yes. Those contestant that have purchased the Basic Package will need to pay for the workshops that they wish to participate in
Yes. If you want to do more than one workshop each additional workshop you wish to participate in is $45.Â
Yes. Our workshops are offered to all aerialist. If you are only interested in taking workshops, reserve your workshop now. Don’t forget to complete payment at our online store.
Yes, we offer the opportunity to make in-person purchases on the day of the event, allowing you to evaluate your options firsthand. However, we cannot guarantee availability as workshop reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for workshops. However, we may be able to exchange your workshop spot into a different workshop if availability permits. Please email us for more details.

Learning new ways to get on the trapeze, move with the bar and the ropes, and utilize spin to work through transitions. Working on stringing skills together in smooth and unique ways.

Fundamentals of hand balancing. We will be covering form techniques, biomechanics, and conditioning. This workshop will help you get a better awareness of your own body. The skills and hands-on feedback from a professional will lay the foundation for your long term goals.

Students can expect to work on a series of body loops drops and hammock skills with an emphasis on moving through our sequencing with strength and control! We'll work to put everything together into a short choreographed combo exploring different movement styles and moods.

Beats and circles and drops, oh my! In this class we will explore the dynamic side of Aerial Hoop. We will focus on technique and explore movements that require momentum, including different kinds of beats, drops, circles, and transitions between dynamic skills (read more...)

Arm Roll Ups are hard, but a very beautiful and impressive trick to learn on an Aerial Silks. I will teach you how to wrap your arms properly and how to do Roll Ups correctly and safe.

In this workshop, come explore the exciting and contemporary side of Aerial Arts. Ruby Karen will guide you through the fundamentals and basic skills of this unique apparatus, which consist of vertical skills with intertwining entrances and exits.

Instructor: Helen Day
This workshop will focus on bringing an elevated performance quality to your work on rope. We will investigate a couple of simple sequences, and students are also requested to bring a section of their own material to work on (4-7 moves with transitions). (read more...)

Focus on conditioning and stretching; geared towards increasing range of motion, balance, and strength for contortion. We will work on both active and some passive flexibility drills to build the skills necessary to achieve beginner to advanced contortion poses (read more...)

This workshop is for students new to partner work in the hoop. In this workshop we will explore mirrored shapes as well as basic basing and flying. Students must have strong ability to invert. Previous hoop experience and partner are not required.
